RETURN TO WORK POLICY
M L Executive Chauffeur Services takes pride in providing exceptionally clean vehicles at all times. This becomes even more important in current Covid-19 conditions as we work to provide vehicles that are cleaner than ever.
The safety of our drivers and passengers is of paramount importance to us. As we begin to return to work, we understand that working practices will be somewhat different from before and have therefore implemented the following actions with immediate effect:
The vehicles now contain a Covid-19 cleaning kit comprising of the following items:
- Antibacterial wipes
- Antibacterial cleaning spray
- Hand sanitiser gel
- Disposable face masks
- Disposable vinyl gloves
IIn addition to the above, clinical waste bags will be available for the safe disposal of any contaminated waste products.
Each vehicle is fitted with protective clear polycarbonate screens between the front and rear seats. Fitting such screens will provide a more hygienic environment and help comply with social distancing requirements. However, these products are not designed, manufactured or tested to prevent all possible physical contact between persons in a vehicle or to entirely prevent risk of contamination by viruses (e.g. Corona virus) or the contraction of illnesses (e.g. Covid-19 respiratory disease). You are encouraged to check local hygiene guidelines yourself and closely follow these, both in general and specifically with regard to the Corona virus.
Our vehicles will be thoroughly cleaned prior to every booking and will include the cleaning of all door handles (interior and exterior), windows, seats, seat belts, PVC screen and any other surface that is likely to have been touched.
A cleaning check sheet will also be completed and held on file each time the vehicles are cleaned. M L Executive Chauffeur Services recommends that, until further notice that no passengers travel in the front seat of the vehicle. We also suggest that saloon vehicles carry no more than 2 passengers in the rear seats and that this conforms to Government guidelines. For the 7-seater vehicles, no passenger will be allowed to travel in the front seat and restrictions will apply to the rear cabin to maintain sensible social distancing whilst travelling.
M L Executive Chauffeur Services understands that guidelines are continuously being updated and will endeavour to keep its policies in line with current advice as it is published by the Government.
