TERMS & CONDITIONS

PASSENGER INFORMATION

M L Executive Chauffeur Services will require all relevant and reasonable information for your travel at the time of booking. Should you require any amendments to be made to the booking following initial confirmation every effort will be made to accommodate your changes. However, we offer no guarantee that these amendments can be met.

FIXED RATE PERIOD OF HIRE

Fixed rate hire shall commence from the time and location of pick-up and complete upon arrival at destination. 

INSURANCE

M L Executive Chauffeur Services offers full comprehensive hire & reward cover to all passengers whilst using their services. However, it is recommended that you take out your own travel insurance to cover any other eventualities. 

FORCE MAJEURE

M L Executive Chauffeur Services will not be liable for any loss or delay caused as a result of any the following: - strike action, industrial disputes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, or the threat of war, terrorism, fire, flood, technical/weather problems with airlines or ferry operators, weather conditions or any other event beyond our control. 

DISCLAIMER

M L Executive Chauffeur Services does not accept responsibility for injury, sickness or death of the hirer or passengers, except where such death, injury or sickness is caused by an employee of M L Executive Chauffeur Services.

PAYMENT

Full payment will be required for travel undertaken within 14 days of your booking which includes any return journeys. For travel requirements beyond 14 days from date of booking a 25% deposit will be required upon booking. Balances, including any return travel will need to be settled in full at least 14 days prior to the outward travel date in order to confirm travel arrangements.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS

Any parking and toll charges will be confirmed and added to clients invoice at time of booking. Any additional collections and drop-offs that were not included on the original booking will be charged on an individual basis.

CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancelled booking. Any cancellation instructions received and confirmed in writing (e-mail) following receipt of the balance of payment will be subject to the following penalties:

- Cancellations received within 24 hours of travel - loss of deposit plus 50% of balance paid

- Cancellations received beyond 24 hours of travel - loss of deposit plus 25% of any balance paid

CORPORATE CLIENTS

Corporate Customers will be invoiced 25% at time of booking. The balance of payment will be invoiced within 24 hours of journey's completion. Payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice, unless previously agreed in writing.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

M L Executive Chauffeur Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. All clients booked for travel shall be informed prior to any changes being implemented. 

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

Any member of the travel booking acting in an antisocial manner, causing unwarranted distraction to the driver, or generally causing concerns regarding safety, will be asked to leave the vehicle and seek alternative transport to their destination. No refund will be offered if such circumstances arise. 

VEHICLE PRESENTATION

Any damage or soiling to the vehicle, caused by the client or a member of their group will incur payments for any repair or cleaning required.  This also includes any loss of revenue whilst the vehicle undergoes any necessary work.

RESTRICTIONS

Please note that M L Executive Chauffeur Services carries out a strict non smoking policy in the vehicle. Additional time can be added to the journey to cover any smoking breaks required - however, advance notice must be given at time of booking.

The consumption of food/and alcohol is not permitted under any circumstances unless supplied as part of the travel arrangements by M L Executive Chauffeur Services. Should the vehicle require valeting due to customer negligence or alcohol induced illness an extra charge of £100 will be made.

In accordance with British Law, during travel seat belts must be worn by all passengers at all times. 

M L Executive Chauffeur Services does not provide Child Seats as part of its service. However, we will be happy to accommodate a client-supplied child seat for any journey at no extra cost subject to the acceptance that we cannot be held responsible or liable for their usage during travel.
